Reyenieju lauds Olu of Warri over Idahosa Varsity award

A member of the House of Representatives, Mr.  Daniel Reyenieju, has congratulated his Majesty Ogiame Ikenwoli, the Olu of Warri, for the Honoris Causa doctorate award, conferred on him by the Benson Idahosa University, Benin.

The lawmaker said  the award did not come as a surprise considering the monarch’s leadership qualities and as a custodian of culture and tradition, stressing that the Olu had played significant roles in the promotion of harmonious relationship among the people.

Reyenieju urged the people of Warri to give more support to the royal father to engender greater development, peace and progress in the town and state.

“I rejoice with and congratulate his majesty and members of the traditional council for the award, and wish them more wisdom and grace to continue to lead the people in the right path,” the statement read in part.
